“Apart from a slight delay with my shipping because the package wasn't handed over to DHL apparently the first time, the ordering process couldn't be better. The site has awesome usability and is designed with lots of love for detail. Using it just makes you happy already :) Maybe one thing I would improve is to make it more obvious that you can customize your order quantities and mix and match all of your stuff. My girlfriend was searching for that, but didn't notice that this is an option without actually ordering.

“Package arrived when expected and in good shape. Took advantage of the free box of twennybars and really enjoyed them. I think I'll buy more in the future. Had some trouble with payment though. Stripe said it takes Discover, but it wasn't working. Some googling suggested being in the US might have been the issue. Ended up having to use a different card.”
