My plan was to replace just some of the lunches when I was busy...but something went wrong...it was just so tasty, easy to make and cheap that I now eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for 2-3 of my meals... damn you Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for making an addictive product xD

I tried different pulvers and this one is one of the best, and the choco and banana flavors are the best

It works, I've been weight lifting for years now and always hit plateaus. With plenny shake sport I gained 5 kilos( about 10 lbs) and a few weeks and broke past all my plateaus. Problem is that the flavor is repetitive, need more than just banana. And it causes crazy bad farts, extremely bad!

The banana powder is by far the best flavor, will definitely be picking more up

When I had a look at the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of protein in the shake - for those who are bulking, you might conclude that don't need to buy a protein shake in addition, which would obviously be a bonus. I was disappointed at the vitamins and minerals though - to reach your recommended daily allowance, you would have to have three shakes a day. This is clearly an attempt to generate dependence on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I would prefer it if just one shake (or at most two) provided the RDA. One more quibble is that the particles in the shake tickle the back of my throat when I drink it. I find this quite unpleasant, but the shake is quite nice apart from this inconvenience.

I've been eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for about 60% of my calories (everything except dinner) for nearly two years - since June 2015. I still love it. It is the staple of my life.
