Plenny Shake v3.0 Banaan Reviews

4.5 Rating 12,312 Reviews
The chocolate taste is quite subtle yet still delicious. I was worried about satiety, but that turned out not to be a problem at all. The amount of time I save do to not having to cook is a huge bonus for me. I'll make sure to try the other flavors with my next order!

It's a really good shake, easy and quick. Vanilla is a little bit sweet but still really nice.

I have drinked Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake now for 1 1/2 month and i feel great! It makes me feel full and can focus on work. I work long days and have therefore no time to cook food so Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is a very smart and costefficient way to solve that problem.

Was expecting this to be a bit bland based on experience with other similar products that shall remain nameless ;) I've consumes at least one bag of every flavour now, apart from banana, and am really pleased with them. The flavours arent overpowering but are enough that you can actually recognise what youre eating. I've followed the suggestion from one of the other reviews and make it more diluted then suggested (a little under half strength) to consume after exercise to help re-hydrate and now actually look forward to a long run knowing i've got a tasty treat waiting for me when I finish rather than just boring H20 or filthy artificial "power drinks".

If your diet is shit, the first week or two, will be hard. You will have diarrhoea, because your gut bacteria needs to die off, and be replaced by bacteria that better feeds on fibre. You will have headaches, likely because of electrolyte imbalances. (you probably eat a lot more sodium than potassium, and Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake delivers a more balanced regiment) These problems are most relevant if you go full ham, and do 3 Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake meals off the bat. 2 teaspoons of Metamusil/psyllium seedshells/HUSK, can take care of the runs. It will also help make you feel full in the beginning. There will be sugar/salt/fat cravings. There is not really a solution for the headaches. You're just gonna have to suck it up, or pop a head-pill. And DRINK MORE WATER! A liquid diet is not enough fluid. Think of a Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake shake like a regular meal, you'd probably have a glass of water right? I fill the shaker 2/3 with water after the shake, and "rinse" the bottle, and then drink that. You get the stuff on the sides, and the shaker is cleaned to sit for next meal. This is why I give it 4 stars, they should include a pamphlet in the box, that makes the user aware of this, so they can prepare themselves, and maybe not jump in head first. When your body gets used to it, it's pretty good. They have enough flavours that you don't get tired of it, and you feel just fine. My diet was pretty shit, my palms were always sweaty, had hot flashes, poor internal temperature control and greasy skin. This stuff is getting slowly better by the day, as my body expends and excretes the leftover junk. Totally worth not getting to chew no more. For a fat guy, those things are the bane of my existence. A bit slower transition than that month i went completely vegetable diet, but fuck that noise. Grainy oat-slurry with mango flavour over vegetables, any day of the week. I'm poor, so this saves me money. Bought clothes with my own cash for the first time in I think 3 years. Not having to worry about food is really freeing, I just got a box of 30 food bags in the closet. My food budget just went down by 2/3's. Next month I'm gonna start a peach-wine brew, and upgrade my PC with the extra dough. Thank you Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, I will be back next month to use the 5% Coupon :D Can absolutely recommend if you, are like me, lazy, overweight, poor and don't really care what you eat, as long as it tastes alright, and fills you up.

It could be tastier, but is good enough and save you time to spend as you wish. And if you work far from your home to go home to have lunch, it's perfect
