The vanilla and banana flavors combined with the good texture of the shake make drinking it a pleasant experience for me. 1 bag is not enough for me for a day since I am very active and need more than 2k kilocalories per day. “Been on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake for an year, off and on. i drink it for breakfast and when I am in hurry. The product is great, and i like all different flavours, i don't see a reason to give it up. i did experience weight loss when consuming only that for days , but I am 190cm and I need more calories than the average guy. Shipping is slow though, and the powder is always 20 /40 grams less than reported.”
