“The vanilla flavour was apparantly late (Obviously it was the manefacturer that was late with the shipment to you, and not actually... you ;). ) my experiance with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake was most pleasent. Why? Because you have an employee named "Tim" that sent a hilarious reply to my message regarding the late shipment. Why is this a big deal? Because, mostly, other costumers-service personel responds very straight on point, cold replies that just makes you lose a little bit of hope in humanity every time you see them. However this little message that "Tim" replied with >>healed my battlescares from the battle against the late shipment”

Achteraf bleek dit niet zo te zijn en hier kreeg is dus ook een excuses mail voor, waar tevens in stond dat ik een nieuw mailtje zou krijgen als hij wel bezorgd zou worden. Deze mail is nooit gekomen maar het pakket is wel bij mijn buren afgeleverd. Een dag voor ze twee weken op vakantie gingen en ik was toen een dagje weg. Oftewel: slechte service!”
