“I like Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake but it`s a disaster, I made my order 04/19 and it said it would be 4 days plus shipping, well today is 05/05, 16 days later!!!! And my order is still Qeued for packaging and zero communication with the client. This is my last order.”
“Hey there, so far I'm really dissaponted. 2 weeks after order, stuff is not even shipped. Only good thing is responsive support, that's why there are two stars instead of one. Hopefully my next review will be 5 starred :)

“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake employees keep promising delivery within certain terms, only to not deliver. Communication still a disaster, and no mention of taking any action to make it up to customers.”
“I'm quite pleased with my first trial of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. There was a problem with the chocolate powder, but Customer Service is really nice and have been dealing with it. What I'm not quite so pleased with are Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's logistics : delays before sending, flavours out of stock (for a long time!)... I'm sure Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake will get better at dealing with that sort of thing though, and as soon as vanilla is back in stock, I will definitely order again!”
“My last order, the sixth, was placed on the 18th of April and charged on the 20th. Until the day of today it still shows "queued for packaging" on the web site. Next time that happens I will order my bank to cancel the payment. I suggest that you ask your customers or make an option available through the ordering process where we can state if we want to wait until you receive certain flavour un case of sort supply or if whe want that flavour to be substituted in a certain order of preference.
Please consider the implementation of this feature because if not, next time (this is the second one) you delay a delivery I wil be forced to start considering other supliers.”
“Tried plenny shake sports by ordering 10 packs. Did not have to prepare an additional protein shake before/after sports, and it made my work out schedule way more flexible since I did not have to wait 1 hour before/after the workout. The lumps are a bit of an issue though, needs very strong shaking.”
