“After trying all the flavors, I’ve found that my favorites are the fruit flavors, vanilla, and chocolate, although I liked all of them to some extent—except for pistachio. That one tastes really artificial to me. I’ve also let other people try them, and most agree with me. The other flavors aren’t as good, but there are people who loved flavors that I personally didn’t like as much at first. So, I think the best approach is to try them yourself and decide over time which ones you want to buy.
In terms of feeling full and hunger later on, I’ve noticed that eating the shakes feels just like having a regular meal. I don’t see much difference in how full I feel after eating compared to the shakes. I’ve tried eating only shakes for several days and didn’t get hungry. I’ve also combined shakes and bars on some days and still didn’t feel hungry (never tried only bars I'n not that wealthy hahaha) . Of course, this might vary from person to person.”
“The chocolate shake was out of stock when I placed my first order, so I got it with my second and oh my god it's genuinely so good??
The other flavors I had tried before were good but I felt like something was missing for me. The issue wasn't the shakes, it's just that I really love chocolate. This meal-replacement shake has the thickness and the rich flavour of the ready-to-drink chocolate milkshake from the nearby store, without the guilt from eating too much sugar. See, I'm trying to control my calory intake with shakes, and having a guilty-free chocolate drink like this is so refreshing.
Oh and it goes great with banana. I have yet to find the perfect ratio, but 50/50 is nice.”
“I've tried Plenny Shake in the flavors of chocolate, wild berries and strawberry - from which the latter is my favorite. The chocolate is quite bland but I actually prefer that then a very strong sweetener taste. I normally put around 400 ml of water so a bit more than the recommended (300 ml) amount.”
