Firstly, Plenny lived up to the expectation of a much smoother shake. There were no lumps and the texture was creamy with no unusual aftertaste.
I could taste the pie in the flavour too, lemon curd with hints of vanilla.
My only drop of a star was down to the amount of flavouring, as I found it to be a little light on the taste, so the underlying maltiness of the shake could be discerned.
All in all, a lovely creamy shake that was easy to make, but I would have preferred dialling up the flavor profile a little.”
