“This powder is good as far as powder shakes go. It mixes in relatively smoothly, but does have a bit of a gritty texture. The flavors are good. I drink it for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch time. I think it is better with milk than with water. I am disappointed that I did not receive a shaker or scoop with my order.”
