“I was very let down by this shake. There was zero flavor. Not at all what I was expecting. I assume they've changed their ingredients because I've mostly heard good reviews about this product and how great the taste was. There was also a powdery feeling in my throat after every swallow, even though the drink was very smooth. Only good things I can say about this, is that it's healthy and smooth.”

For the price, you really can't get a better meal shake, with it's above average 100g of protein I also feel more confident about working out on a 100% plenny shake diet. I do need more protein but other meal shakes like Soylent, or super body fuel have had much less in my experience.
The strawberry and banana flavors are by far my favorites, and I recommend mixing them.”
