“Compared to other powdered meals out there, this has more flavors and a finer texture than most, but this comes at a price. There are chalky, "dusty" undertones to every variety, almost as if everything gets freeze dried first and then ground. (I have no idea how its actually made)
At any rate, this doesn't stop me from ordering, as I really enjoy the Vanilla.
To keep from burning out on that flavor, I use 2 bags Strawberry, 2 bags Banana, and 1 bag Mango for a custom mix which is also pretty good, but again has that kind of "plant fiber" taste to it.
These guys also have the best shakers out there, and the best price per calorie. Its a shame I eat $2 foreign transaction charge from my bank every time.”
“Good but doesn't make you feel full. Not sure why there's 1200% of my RDV of vitamin b either. That could be a problem I imagine if i'm drinking it multiple times every day.

“Sustituyo un par de comidas al día entre semana por los batidos Plenny Shake y la verdad es que me ahorra mucho, muchísimo tiempo y trabajo. Su sabor es neutro, al menos el de chocolate que es el que he comprado, haciendo que no te canses de ellos. Me suele saciar el hambre un par de horas aproximadamente, pero siempre puedes añadirle más cantidad en un mismo batido, quedándote más lleno. No le doy 5 estrellas porque los primeros días tuve bastantes flatulencias, pero supongo que es parte del proceso de adaptación, como cualquier otro cambio de hábito alimenticio. El envío, súper rápido, me vino en 48h. Todo son ventajas, gran producto, lo recomiendo.”
