Plenny Shake v3.0 Strawberry Reviews

I love it. Coffee is by far my favorite, but I enjoy them all. I like to mix 2 scoops coffee or chocolate and 1 scoop vanilla, then add a few spoons of vanilla yogurt for texture and some warm water. This is my breakfast almost every day. Jimmy Joy makes up roughly half of my daily calories.

The taste was decent. The consistency was really strange, like drinking foam. I drank it for lunch and dinner and breakfeast the next day. By lunch I had a horrible headache and was puking my guts out. I believe after trying the product i have a sensitivity to soy. Not their fault. But even if things went well I couldnt imagine ordering it again.

Generally speaking, I don't have the time to cook and eat right, and I don't have the income to eat out all the time like I have been. I purchased a month's worth of shakes as a full replacement, using the last few unaccounted-for calories to bring in other nutrition not found in the shake. The shakes have been amazing, and I feel great. It's probably better nutrition than I've ever had. I drink 1 bag in four shakes, which I add honey, and psyllium fiber to each (the psyllium is mandatory, otherwise I get soft and messy poops). I put a whole banana in one shake, the next I'll put a green apple. I eat carrots and celery and a few other veggies in the evening, and I can eat whatever I want if I feel like it, like the occasional order of fries, or a full meal when I go out to dinner with my girlfriend. I seriously can't stress how great it is. I even inadvertently sold my girlfriend on it and she's going to be using it to help get nutrition and calories, too. It's really inexpensive, too. I looked into doing the same thing with other shakes and it was completely unreasonable, cost-wise. With this, between the shakes and the additional food I'll eat, it's about $250 per month, which is awesome. Plus, the forums are great, which is how I found out I wasn't alone in needing the psyllium. The only negative is that the website for the U.S. is buggy and wouldn't take my discount voucher, which it supplied me itself. Eh, nothing's perfect. Still, 10/10 would recommend.
