“Here's a review: Don't waste your money. Jimmy Joy are quick to email multiple times asking for a review. After not receiving my order and emailing them multiple times, this is the latest I email response to the latest request to me for a review:

I DID. NOT. RECEIVE. MY ORDER.!!!!!!
I received 2 different notification slips. Went to the shop 3 times to collect my order. 3 times, the shop owner checked and said sorry, but your order is still at the distribution centre. 10 times, when scanning the QR code on the notification slip I received in the post, it also showed me that it was IN THE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE. After 7 days I received a notification that the item was being 'Returned to sender'.
The next day, I got another notice. 'Your parcel has been delivered'.
Guess what? IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME!
So to be frank, if you want to know how I found it, ask DPD couriers. I emailed you, asked for it to be resent, asked for a refund. But I guess that part of your customer service is non-existent. Or possibly, you simply have no customer service. You lost my order. I lost my money. You lost a customer. The only thing that was not lost, is any weight on my part. "”
