Man I have never had the opportunity to be so lazy but still well fed at the same time, now I have more time to procrastinate.

I bought a bunch of these when I was too busy to be cooking and really not eating well. Soon after I found out I was prediabetic (go figure) and had to start cutting carbs. Whereas these are not necessarily low-carb I was determined to make them work in my diet. I figure out how to make a delicious morning breakfast with the shakes by using a 3rd of a can of full-fat coconut milk and these shakes as flavoring. I use about half a scoop to one full scoop per serving and it flavors it nicely- thicken it with a nice pinch of chia seeds and you've got breakfast pudding! Easy. Affordable. Tasty. It may be the only thing keeping me on this diet. It's as close to a morning smoothie as I can get. (Mixing strawberry and banana is particularly good!) No other shake brand has as many flavors for the price, so Jimmy Joy is a life saver (literally?)
