“I mostly like the new formula -- you can tell it's more 'natural' in flavor than the old plenny shake, and all the flavors are much more mild so nothing is likely to be offensive. After some time, all the flavors blend together for me a bit, but they're all pleasant enough. I think the new formula mixes a little better and smoother as well.”

Hey Jeffrey! Apologies for the suuuuper slow reply - your review popped up up again when migrating them to our new shop :) Good news though, we stopped using sodium fluoride in our products in May 2019. The forum entry you refer to was from 2016-2017. Since fluoride is also found in for example water, we didn’t feel the need anymore to add any extra to our formula, especially since a large group of our customers mentioned their objections.

“I'm really enjoying my Plenny Shake in banana, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. It's a smooth mix and very tasty. I like that it doesn't have the strange stevia flavor other meal replacements use, but at the same time the smooth drinkability feels less filling overall. It satisfies my meal requirements, but I do feel hungry quicker than some other brands.”
