“I genuinely love this SO much, i crave it every morning and it helps me have enough energy to start the day.
I mix my vanilla plenny shake with chocolate milk and icecubes, shake it for 20 minutes, then let it sit for a bit, shake it again and drink. it's SO tasty and easy, and i feel like i gwt way more nutrients this way than i would with my usual picky eating habits.
I even got my grandpa to drink them too. He lost his smell and taste, and has lost a lot of weight because he just can't enjoy eating anymore. I bought a bag for him. he still has to eat, ofcourse, but at least i know he gets some nutrients in his body, and i feel like he has a bit more energy now.
I really reccommend it, i've always had issues with eating, i'm picky and rather not eat at all than something i'm not in the mood for. i've always been very low energy, and that has improved a lot since i've been drinking these shakes. i also often wait too long to eat due to my adhd, so once i'm too hungry to ignore it, i'm too weak and shaky to make anything to eat. now when this happens, i make a plenny shake and feel good enough to make dinner (for example).
i'm so relieved there is a meal shake that isn't all about weightloss or muscle gain. this is all i've been looking for for soooo long.
