“I've been replacing my breakfasts and dinners with plenny shakes for two weeks and i absolutely love how it makes me feel. I don't crave junk food, there is zero hastle, my mental state is so much better! “I've been using Plenny for about 2 years at this point, and I've noticed that the version 3.0 powders are harder to fully mix/dissolve with liquid. You are left with this slightly floury/grainy residue in the shaker that can also catch in your throat sometimes which makes you cough. The taste is still outstanding, and I hope version 3.1 will be easier to dissolve & drink! Keep it up guys - the products are amazing!”
