“These shakes are so convenient! I'm very lazy when it comes to cooking and whenever I do it definitely doesn't contain enough vitamins and proteins. I only have 2 meals per day, so during the week those meals are Plenny shakes. It helps me control what I eat and how much I eat. The chocolate is my least favourite, the Chai and Mango have a fresh taste. The only downside is that they can make me feel very bloated, but it really depends on which flavour I have. Chocolate has a worse effect than the Mango, weirdly enough.”
“The (vanilla) taste does not give me any enjoyment... I have had the vanilla from Huel, Supersonic, Jake too and they were (in that order) closer to something that I don't have to force myself to eat... Huel I actually sometimes look forward to as a breakfast.
Also I tried the Mango which is not any better. (The Plenny Bar is ok'ish although very salty and at 80% I'm satisfied...)”
“I love its really healthy and on top of that you can substitute some of your meals during the days ( specially when youre lazy to cook) , practical and delicious. I recommend to combine the vainilla and strawberry flavor btw 💪🏼”
“I have been using Plenny Shakes regularly for more than three years and I'm still a very happy customer. After trying other brands I kept coming back to Jimmy Joy for their superior natural taste (real fruit!) and high value for the price. Also they keep improving. Small improvements but improvements nevertheless. The new v3.0 seems to have an even more natural taste and I love it. Also the larger bag size means less plastic waste so it's better for the environment.”
“The perfect hangover recovery shake.
Been using it mostly the day after heavy drinking and it helps me recover ;)
On the sober days i use it mostly to replace my lunch.
The texture and taste is great.
What i usually do is add 3/4 water and 1/4 milk.
This makes the texture a bit more creamy.”
