“I've been using plenny shakes as meal replacements for a while now and it's great! My personal favourite out of the two I've tried is definitely strawberry, but banana is also delicious.These are such a great alternative to other caloric drinks as its texture isn't milky or thick. The shakes are super easy to make and incorporate into other recipes/adding to a smoothie.”
