The high levels of B12 do make up for the energy that fewer calories give me (trying to lose weight). “I drink 600mL of Plenny Shake 1-2 times a day, once for breakfast and often as well as "snack" between lunch and dinner (I am in bulking phase, that's why I'm oversaturating my body with carbs and protein). It helps me as it is super convenient and super "light" to consume, I don't feel bloated afterwards as I would and should be after eating 800kcal.
