“This is a quality jerky "just right" in terms of size of pieces, not too dry/ not too moist, lovely flavours. Delivery is reliable and prompt. I never used to be a jerky person so have been experimenting with a range of large and small local brands in the past 9 mths and keep coming back to Jim's as my favourite.”

Texture was pretty nice, but I was getting a real strong herb flavour from the BBQ Jerky. Others tried it as well and thought the same thing.
Each bite was like a mouthful of thyme or rosemary.. I couldn't quite identify what it was haha.
I also ordered the Chilli one which was a solid 4, i enjoyed that one!
