“Nicely designed, but not very functional.
1. The biggest flaw are straps that are poorly designed (inappropriate curvature, slippery material, and too tick) which causes them to sit on shoulder tips - almost falling off your back instead of having solid position and grip. In the light of this, the shoulder strap seems to be designer's desperate move to save functionality of the backpack without having to do a complete redesign of it.
2. The material is nice at the first glance, but it collects oily stains, fingertips, and dust.
3. The front pocket is too small, and it can barely fit a phone.
4. It would make much more sense that the side zipper at the back opens only the compartment for the laptop.
Overall, it looks like this backpack was designed to look nice - but not to be functional.”
