The color shown online does not match what you actually receive — the “field khaki/charcoal” looks completely different in person, with the charcoal being way darker than advertised. To make matters worse, I now have to pay nearly $20 for the return fee, which feels unfair given that the product didn’t match what was shown. Overall, a frustrating experience.”
