“Overall pleased with the bag but there are shortcomings in the details. The valuables pockets that are soft lined are not attached or sown in. That means every time you put your hand in the pocket and pull out the contents, the liner comes out as well. The insulated pocket is a little too big and the small zippered pocket inside the right side outer pocket is useless.”
