“I'm very disappointed with the menorah I purchased from your website (Order #JDC2495006). When it arrived, I put in the bulbs and tested it, and it worked fine. But now, on the first night of Hanukkah, it's broken. When I turn it on, the first, second, and last bulbs light, but none of the others do. Pushing the red button doesn't change the lighting configuration as it's supposed to. There's no night of Hanukkah where it's appropriate to have the first, second, and last candles lit. So my menorah is rendered completely useless. Also, the flickering flame bulbs you offer to "complete the set" on your website don't even fit the menorah! So that was a waste of five bucks too. I'm upset that I paid nearly $100 for a menorah I can't use the one time a year I need it. I sent the above information, including photos, to your email address yesterday and received no response. I also tried calling and was hung up on by your automated machine (no voicemail box). Very disappointing - I plan to call my credit card company about this purchase if these problems aren't addressed soon.”
