“Beautiful artwork, but pragmatic issues - reservoir doesn't hold enough oil to burn for full day; difficult to adjust wick setting. You're own your own for refills (paraffin oil was easy to find; haven't located wicks yet. Also had order shipping issues - had to contact support to get action on the order (and came too late for initial intended use).”
