“The Keepsake itself is really pretty, solid, good looking. However, the little vial arrived with a piece cracked off, held in place by the cork stopper at the top. My biggest complaint is about the company, though. I can't tell you how many phone calls and emails and attempts at live chat and Facebook messages it took before I got a response from the company, only to be told that now it's on backorder, even though when I look at the website, it isn't listed as being on backorder. I guess I can re-review the item if and when I receive the replacement.”
