“I really liked the Mezuzah; however, I think the price was high as it always is on this site. But we are "hopped" in this industry it is not a mass industry; therefore, we are held to pay the higher prices. At Chanukah, I bought my niece the jewelry making kit and when I went for a visit and saw what the actual gift was the cheapness of the gift, I was thoroughly embarrassed for giving such a "cheap" gift. It is something I will not do again. Your prices are too high and for now on, I will do my own "foot" work to find what I am looking for and keep the price within reason.”

“I am very angry because I bought the mezuza for a wedding present months ago, and it isn't arrive yet !!! And I don't know where it is or how to find it!!! It was my first time that I bought something with you and this is really disappointed I want my money back!! This is never happened to me !!! I really wanted to buy a lot of things with you and this was just the first one, but know I don't know what to feel respect this .... or what to do ....”
