“I was quite disappointed in the set I received. The esrog was very nice but the lulav left much to be desired. I’d paid for the $75 one over the $50 one I usually get and got one that looked like it should be a $25 one. It had a single tie to keep the lulav together and the leaves were very spread apart. I know I’m not going to get the one in the picture but I expect it to be close. Also the box was very banged up and crushed when I received it. I tried emailing you right away but have still not received a reply. I attached screen grabs of the email. Thank you for your time.”
