“Nice shirt, good quality and as described. Made bad decision ordering medium size instead of large, returns for exchange process worked very efficiently, customer services very helpful and followed advice to reorder correct size to avoid disappointment , replacement arrived promptly and reimbursement quickly completed. All good.”
