“Unfortunately I never received my item, a Christmas present bought for my partner. DPD delivered my parcel stating it was signed for by someone other than myself. The delivery company didn’t leave a note through my door telling me where my parcel had been left and suggested that I knock on my neighbours doors to find my parcel. After hours of knocking no one claimed to have my parcel and after several phone calls back and forth to DPD I was advised to contact Julesb direct and ask them to raise an investigation. I have emaile Julesb twice and have not received a reply. Very frustrating and disappointing.”
