“Ordered this and another suit, to pick up from Kendal store. Disappointingly this suit was not as described on the website. It is described as 130 virgin wool, but in fact is 110. The suits had been despatched to Kendal in a single box, and on opening in store were very squashed and horribly creased. The staff in store were extremely embarrassed and apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful. The other suit was lovely. Definite contrast between the excellent instore experience and the online one.”
