“As a 5ft 10in 60-yr old, this is an almost perfect Summer frock. The dark blue, medium-weight fabric is substantial enough to provide modesty in sunny weather; the pockets sit flat (so much better than side-seam pockets which can make one rather 'hippy'), and the below knee length is flattering. I opted for a size Small (depending on the manufacturer, I can be a 10 or a 14), and pulled it on without having to unzip the side seam ... although I used the zip to take it off. 'Almost' perfect because I should have preferred short (rather than cap) sleeves. I haven't yet laundered this garment.”
