“The shoes are very nice but the first pair (size 6) that I ordered were faulty and a horrid mark on them. I discussed this with one of your representatives and sent a picture. I sent them back for a refund but there were no more size 6 available. I then ordered a size 7 and requested DPD delivery (with a refund for this delivery due to the inconvenience - thank you) especially as I wanted them for my holiday on 28th July. The shoes should have been delivered on 27th (ordered them on 25th and I was informed they would be despatched on 26th and then delivered on 27th) and were not in fact delivered until 30th July. I do not find this very good service. Fortunately the shoes were a good fit and without fault on my return from my holiday. All my emails were answered apart from the last one in which I wrote about the above. Not brilliant customer care in my opinion. Sorry.”
