“Nice jacket lovely colour But I would not use Jules B again simply because the item had been reduced even before I received the jacket. I emailed the Company but they were not prepared to do anything about the price as they has a '3 day rule' no I didn't understand as the jacket had not even been delivered ! They suggested I return the item and re-order at cheaper price (difference of approx. £19) sorry but not my idea of customer service. So unfortunately (even though the jacket was a nice colour ! this is my first and last time of shopping with Jules B. Other Companies I have used ie. Joules always ask you to contact them and they refund the difference.”
