“Very disappointed we ordered sandals they arrived minus a stone which had broken off and had been placed in a small plastic bag when I emailed them the best they could offer was a refund 10% off which I thought was an insult and no exchange and to boot tried to blame it on the carrier we have ordered shoes before and they arrived in great condition but for someone to send them out in that condition is totally unacceptable and I certainly think twice about reordering any else what happened to good customer service”
