“Shoes arrived in good time and looked great but even though on the receipt itself it was size 11 ( what I ordered) shoes were actually 10.5. had to sent back and was a little annoyed as got those for a present . Reordered from somehwere else as was worried to get it wrong size again.”

“The trainers were exactly what I wanted as I was replacing a previously loved pair. However, I ordered an UK 11 which was stated on the box BUT the trainers inside were a UK 10.5 Very annoying indeed, especially returning items during this difficult time.”
