“Jacket was perfect BUT!!!! You need more shipping options. Even the Royal Post would be better as I was hit with another 150euro IMPORT DUTIES and THEIR FEES from DHL. Oh how I dislike DHL. Snail mail would be better (even Karen Millen's shipping to Ireland isn't charged such import fees). Update your shipping options and I will buy again.”

“Jacket looked just like picture and quality was excellent, I had to return as ordered large but really needed extra large, (unfortunately they do not do extra large) return was dealt with quickly and very efficient.”
