“The unexpected heatwave in March this year caught me by surprise, especially when I looked in my coat cupboard for something light to wear and found nothing suitable. This 4oz Barbour has plugged that gap; it's perfect for warm spring/autumn and cooler summer weather. Unfortunately the temperature has now plunged back into single figures so the jacket is staying in my cupboard for now! The sand colour is very smart indeed. Fairly longs sleeves but these have a narrow opening and a press-fastening so won't slip over the hand. Note to those unfamiliar with Barbour sizing: This Lightweight Duke is a tailored fit so potentially size up and don't expect to be able to wear over a gillet or thick wool jumper in winter weather.”
