“The glasses are good at keeping out blue light. However, I find them extremely bright and cannot wear them for extended periods at a time. I would have preferred them a little less yellow.”

“I think these are good if you haven’t slept well and you suffer from dry eyes and eye strain. I suffer with insomnia and sometimes I sleep better than other days So I don’t use them every time I game, just when needed.”
