It's so realistic. You might think the Legend is just on every 7-11 store.

No quarter scale collection is complete without polybius. At first you would think why. Once you purchase it. Wow it was perfect. No hassle figuring out how to power up yuor setup. And looks great. The box beautiful.

I really like this one, although I don't like that you cannot turn the volume off completely. I don't know if it's a defect on my unit or if it is supposed to be like this... but I wanted to have this turned on without needing to listen to it..

Aside from being a pretty cool-looking charging station for your other 1/4 Arcades, mine arrived DOA so I am utterly disappointed in the product at this time. The unit I received only lights the marquee when plugged in and powered on. The charging ports seem to work, but I get no video on the screen so who knows what wires are disconnected or shorting out inside?! As it is, I have sent in a request to Just Geek to see what my options are for repair or replacement of this unit but I do have to say I am utterly disappointed in the product arriving DOA and would not recommend it for worry that your results may wind up being similar. (In the attached screen-shot, you can see the marquee lights up, but there isn't even any backlighting occurring on the display.)

10 port USB hub in the form of an Arcade Cabinet? Yes please. Audio and visuals are fantastic and the little “quirks” shown on screen just adds to this

There are a few things you should keep in mind when considering the Polybius cabinet. First, it's not a game and is not playable. It runs a demo/attract mode, but he joystick and button are for display purposes only. Second, it's a little on the spendy side, especially with shipping to the United States. Third, delivery via DHL can be a pain, so heads up. With that all out of the way, this is perhaps the most fit-to-purpose accessory you can have for your Quarter Arcades collection. It it based on the Namco cabinet setup and slots in beautifully, and ominously in the middle of your lineup. The ten-port USB power option is perfect for powering your your collection as well as any other devices. The marquee lights up, and the demo/attract display is a fun compliment to the cacophony of your arcade. In terms of fit and finish, the bolted coin door and true-to-period permit stickers (as an Oregon lad, this makes me grin mightily) are lovely touches that give a real sense of authenticity to this cabinet. The door to the USB ports uses two pins, one spring-loaded, and it can be removed if needed. If you can afford the initial price (including shipping), and have easy delivery options available for DHL, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Polybius cabinet. Or, as the demo commands: OBEY. CONSUME.
