“No assembly instructions are provided so you have to work out how it all fits together yourself which wastes time. The included pamphlet contains very little information and is useless and unhelpful. Once assembled then it is clear to see how flimsy this product is. The parts do not fit together snugly (no matter how hard you push the pieces together) there are gaps because the parts do not fit together properly. Overall the design is poor, the quality is poor and based on these facts then the product is over priced at £14.99 when the actual value is more like £1.99 at the very maximum. I've seen products in the Pound Shops that are much better quality and value than this so-called official PS product. Shame on Sony!”

“Emailed Geekstore.com twice and waited for a reply over several weeks and received no reply whatsoever. Eventually phoned them and was abruptly answered by a woman who told me they had rubber protective pads on the bottoms which they do not so. Thinking they had and they looked good from the pictures I bought 3 of these stands and they are complete rubbish! cheap and nasty and I'm shocked that these are an official Sony PS4 product. I would not buy these and look elsewhere if you are reading this.”
