“The design of this is product is decent enough. I originally got sent a box with all the wrong parts in so they sent another. Bought the item in Apr 21, batteries no longer hold a charge for longer than 30 minutes. Very disappointing but I guess it is cheap. Just some more e-waste I suppose.”

“Excellent charging station, it great it has 2 ports so I can charge one controller and use one and when that is nearly dead swap to the other, so I can keep gaming with no interruptions.”

“The dock is great with both of my Xbox Series X controllers and it charges quickly with ease. The design is great if the bright lights are irritating at night!”

“Really bad item. Simply doesn’t work. You can’t just have the battery packs in the charger they need to be in the controller to have any hope of charging and even then you have to really fiddle with it to get it to charge. At one point I had a system of books set up around it to get the controller to sit right and actually charge. Even then they don’t last long at all. Really don’t waste your money.”
