The water is great and I love the message the company is supporting, but, when I got the 1 liters in the mail, the boxes were very damp from leaking and when I would take one to drink and try to uncap the things the whole mouthpiece rips off from the bottle. But like I said, I do love the water but maybe make the attachment of the mouthpiece to the bottle more sturdy.

I love the taste & the convenience of shipping directly to me is great. 4 out of 5 stars because the container that houses the water falls apart so easily. You can not reuse. The plastic piece where you drink from comes off Great product !!! packaging not so great

I don't know if it was a fed-ex/delivery issue but one of the bottles exploded making the box and the exterior box very wet and nasty, that was just a little frustrating to deal with. I had 2 bottles the same day they arrived and noticed little particles floating in the water and didn't think anything of it but I had a bad stomach ache about 3 hours later. I haven't drank anymore yet in fear of another stomach issue but I will say, that stomach issue has not returned. I also did not like how long it took to ship and arrive.

I like the larger size. Less waste. An even larger bottle would be great.

I hope the water isn’t pumped by or from the Hudson cause they definitely had to I dredge all of the water over there in the rivers and ponds because of pcb’s in the water lol

Just Water is he best on the market! It would be helpful if your staff would devise a handle or grip for your larger shipping cartons. Each month my staff must carry the carton containing 12 1-liter bottles up a long stairway to my door, at which point I must unpack the carton outdoors because it's too exceedingly heavy for me to lift indoors. Thanks so much!
