I rand up in the end and the person I spoke to seemed preoccupied with whatever was going on and wanted to getvthe call over quickly. Whilst he answered the base question on Duopoly covers it was not really good customer relations as this was my fourth Kaiser boat cover. Time will tell if this new duopoly cover stands thectest although it seems futile to present you with feedback”
