I prefer a snug fit so at 6ft and 104kg I wear the medium kapows! I now have 11 pairs of kapows. They are my "going out" legging of choice!”

Would maybe size up though if you wear a small in the performance range, had to size up to a large since the fabric doesn’t have as much give as performance range but that’s my fault for not checking first.”
