“Bought this as a gift for my wife. The bag is a beautiful one for sure but the straps do not stick on the shoulders. They slip and make it immensely difficult to wear without adjusting the straps. The clip that adjusts the length of the straps does not work either. She shortens the straps, and in a few seconds it slips back to the maximum length.
I am so disappointed.”
