“Hi! I already sent my feedback through Instagram :) To sum it up - I loooooovr the backpack, I use it for gym and work. However, If I could change one thing, it would be adding something stiff to the bottom. Here’s the context: sometimes when the backpack lays flat or when the computer side leans on the wall and the main compartment lays flat, the back side with laptop and tablet drags the lower part of main compartment down so it lays flat and makes it hard to load the lower part of the backpack properly. This is even more visible when the front pocket is packed giving an incline to the whole main compartment - the top lays higher and makes the bottom loose its shape even more. There is no issue with loading the upper part of the main compartment though, because the divider helps it keep its shape. The divider is probably one of favourite features of the backpack so what I would love to see is another foldable „divider” at the very bottom, allowing me to stiffen and expand the bottom and prevent it from laying flat :)
I’d also love to be able to slide the the front strap all the way down and take it off. And for my height the weight is weirdly distributed and I feel it on my shoulders.”
