“The Lisbon bag has a truly exceptional design. This is the first time I've ever been such a fan of a bag. The quality of the materials seems to be very high. I bought two (one in each color).
However, some elements need improvement:
- There are lots of sewing threads stuck in the folds (really a lot). The seamstress must have been in a huge rush! It's impossible to remove them by pulling, and cutting them too close is tricky for fear of damaging the bag.
- The interior pockets are very interesting because they have multiple compartments, each separated and closed with a zipper. However, there are junctions between these compartments, so if you put small objects inside, they won’t stay in place. I really don’t understand the purpose of these junctions when the compartments are supposed to be separate.
- In the front section of the bag, these compartments are arranged horizontally, with a vertical zipper on the right side. Despite the zipper, which is meant to keep your items from moving around, there are two completely nonsensical design flaws:
1. Even when the zipper is closed, a junction between the compartments makes the separation pointless—small objects just move from one compartment to another.
2. There is a handle on the outside of the bag that allows you to lift it from the side. This handle is located on the left, while the faulty compartment separation is on the right. As a result, if you lift the bag by the handle, all your small items shift around chaotically.
Summary: In short, the design is excellent, but I get the feeling that the designer doesn’t actually use the bags they create, because these compartments and their junctions just don’t make sense.”
