“I really like the design and practicality of this backpack. However, after only one month of use, the material on the corners has already started to deteriorate noticeably. I’m concerned that, if it continues at this rate, the backpack will look very worn after a relatively short time.
I have already contacted the after-sales service and started a warranty process, so I’m currently waiting to see what solution they can offer. As I was told that the product comes with a two-year warranty, I hope this will be taken into consideration and that a satisfactory solution can be found.”
“Ich habe die Tasche erst seit weniger als einem Monat und nur zweimal getragen. Trotzdem hat das helle Material bereits deutlich Farbe von meiner Kleidung angenommen und weist außerdem erste Abnutzungs-/Beschädigungsspuren auf. Für eine Tasche in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Materialqualität und Haltbarkeit erwartet. Sehr schade, da mir das Design eigentlich gut gefällt.”
