“When I received the bag it was dirty with oily spots inside the bag. It looks second hand. I have emailed multiple times over the past weeks and still not received any response. Except that of an AI agent telling me a person from customer will get back to me…still waiting for that to wait although I’ve lost hope.”
“Besonders nice finde ich die ganzen Taschen und Details, aber leider wenn man sehr viele Sachen drin hat dann bildet sich so ein rund drücken und daher musste ich leider Retoure machen. Ansonsten hätte ich das sehr sehr sehr gerne behalten.”
